Biography

Bishop Myron K. Dawson is an anointed and distinguished man, he received his call to the ministry in August 1995, preached his first sermon in October 1995 and has walked in his call with grace. His ministry is witty, energetic and powerful, preparing the saints to boldly seek the Lord for their destiny and follow the vision that is set before them. In September 1998 he obtained the shepherd ship of Family Outreach Ministries and in January 1999, he had his official installation service. From that day to present he has made an empowering impact on the ministry and the city of Greensboro. He has taught the ministry to embrace the Spirit of Excellence and reach out to those who are elderly, lost and less fortunate.

In January 2007, to further embrace the spirit of excellence, God’s calling on Pastor Dawson’s life shifted and Family Outreach Ministries became “The Kingdom Covenant Church” where our Vision continues, “To win souls and makes disciples by helping people to discover their purpose, develop their gift and deploy their call in ministry.”

Bishop Dawson possesses a powerful anointing and he and his wife Frenchie W. Dawson serve together as one to show what God can do through chosen yielded vessels. Many who have experienced their ministry have witnessed this testimony. They also have three wonderful children: J’Myra, C’Mille & Chris.

Pastor Frencine W. Dawson was raised in Goldsboro, NC amongst great family and friends. She served as a member of the Tot Choir, Young Adult Choir and also Ushered at Antioch Baptist Church under the leaderships of Pastor James Ward thru Pastor James Williams.

Her ministry started in Charlotte, NC under the guidance of Pastor Claude R. Alexander. During Lady Dawson’s time at University Park, God began to expose the spiritual gifts that He placed in her. The three gifts that would develop and mature quickly were Shepherdship, Evangelism and Administration. These are God’s gifts and misusing them or allowing them to lie dormant are not options for her.

Our Vision: “To win souls and make disciples by helping people to discover their purpose, develop their gift and deploy their call in ministry.” She is truly a Lady on a mission to empower God’s people. Her passion is to equip women to get their houses in order, by serving God, their Family and their Community.
